Dorothy from Point 2 has sold 6 properties for my husband and I in the past 2-3 years (we have small scale property development business). The most recent she obtained an incredible price for us in just 2 days. Another one she sold before we had even signed with her, for the price we wanted, and another place for above what other agents told us we could get. I have always found her to be professional, a great communicator (gives good follow up information) and she knows the market. Very importantly, she answers her phone, whereas other agents often let the phone go to voicemail, and then ring you back much later. I want my agent to answer my calls as well as my prospective purchasers. Her photographer is also fantastic. I wouldn't consider using anyone else to sell my properties.
