They have this screechy account rep....She didn't know how to open a secured loan. I walked out ..... Someone called me to apologise and explain why she didn't understand my question. She didn't understand because she is too busy being fake and forgets to use her brain..Imagine the highest pitched female fake voice ever saying... Hello welcome to our bank. Than speaking with that person only to discover she may not know her own name..
