Three of the last four years have seen me sitting in the Platinum exchange office. I have always consistently had an excellent experience. The staff are knowledgeable, capable, and patient. In spite of the difficulties posed by my lack of organization, they have been able to help me sort through all of the difficult and confusing aspects of getting health insurance. I strongly recommend Platinum group both online and in-person to my friends. And the best part is, many of their services are free to the customers.

We all had a great experience....friendly people who spent as much time as needed to find us the best insurance options, and who answered any and all questions we had.

I contacted Platinum Group one day before the deadline for my special enrollment period for getting health insurance. I was not able to sort through all the options online and figure out which health insurance plan to choose. It was too overwhelming and I have always had insurance through an employer and barely knew what everything meant. A friend suggested I call Platinum Group and I am so glad! I met with Dianne and she made it soooo much easier! She went above and beyond to make sure I had a plan that fit me and then signed me up online. I am so thankful! What could have been a very stressful situation became so much easier. Dianne - thank you for generously sharing your expertise with me! I highly recommend Platinum Group!
