I am just concluding my first year in business and have used Platinum as my bookkeeper in this tumultuous year. I will unabashedly say, I couldn't have stayed sane this year without Asif and the Platinum team holding my hand when it came to keeping things straight. Through their paperless process, they helped me keep my receivables, payables, taxes, etc on track. I would recommend Platinum to any small to medium sized organization needing tax and bookkeeping assistance.

What a great experience. Have been using online tools and this was 100x simpler than anything I had experienced tax wise. Not only was it quick and easy (a few emails back and forth, sign a couple forms) but my refund was 16% more than I had been quoted by one of those online tools. Why take chances with your personal finances when you can use the best.

I recently dealt with Asif from Platinum regarding US dealings with the IRS. He was head and shoulders above anyone else that I spoke with elsewhere. He is extremely knowledgeable, and the service was nothing short of fantastic. Their system is easy to follow and use. He was always prompt in getting back to me either whether phoned or emailed. I would strongly recommend him and his company to either dealing in the USA, or anywhere. I will most certainly give them my highest recommendation and praise, and will use them for everything tax related in the future, even although I live elsewhere.
