I purchased a piece of property in Mohave County recently. I had ZERO experience buying property or the title/escrow process. I had lots of stupid and strange questions that I'm sure wore on the patience of Wendy Hassell, an Escrow Officer at this office. Wendy was INCREDIBLY helpful during the entire process, answered all my questions and a couple frustrations about fees etc. I highly recommend Wendy and Pioneer Title should you be needing an escrow/title company.
