HORRIBLE COMPANY. THE WORST CPA FIRM. THEY OUTSOURCED THEIR WORK. INCOMPETENT. I HAD TO CORRECT THE PERSON THAT FILED MY INCOME TAX MANY TIMES. THERE WERE SO MANY ERRORS.

They actually cared about our company, and really put a lot of effort into ensuring that not only our taxes were correct; but also provided me with A LOT of extra attention for our corporate affairs in general. I look forward to our business growing and working with them as we do.They communicate SO clearly and efficiently, and reliably. The customer experience is top notch. I highly, highly recommend.

Great service. Naveed responded right away to my inquiry and gave me some great advice on an international tax situation I have with one of my clients. I will definitely be using them in the future for any tax needs!

If you do not make a lot of money this is not the place to go. You will most likely work with one of the foreign students that he has working there and will not get the healthcare form filled out. That is an additional $275. I have inquired with other tax preparers that they include this in their fee. Nothing amazing here unless you make the big bucks.

Ive been with Pinnacle for two years now and I don't plan on going anywhere else anytime soon. Robert and Danny always make sure my taxes are in order for my wife and I as well as for my S-Corp. I am definitely a rookie when it comes to owning my own business so I do lean on them a lot for advice and I can call/text Danny anytime and he always gets right back to me. My 2015 Tax return was especially important since I haven't been working as consistently as in the past. They fought for every penny on my return, so I'm extremely thankful that they took the time to take good care of me. They also do not charge me as much as some previous Accounting Firms. I highly recommend them.

The people at Pinnacle are incredible, they are very professional and courteous and a pleasure to deal with.I had major tax problems with the IRS and FTB, they helped me negotiate an OIC settlement with the IRS and a payment plan with the FTB, I would highly recommend them to anyone who has any accounting or tax problems.
