I submitted an application on March 27th and it is now May and still haven't heard a thing from this Tampa. It's absolutely ridiculous. I have left numerous voicemails on different people's machine and still no answer. I just spoke to a manager at the Jacksonville office, Sherry Hopper or Hooper, not 100% sure and she was very apologetic and explained why this is occurring. I get what she said but I still feel some kind of way about this. Very disappointed in this office and their professionalism. FYI I tried giving no stars but It wouldn't let me post this.

This center does not answer any student texts. If you need any help from staff that requires more than 5 minutes of their time. Dont expect anything out of it.
