If I could give my experience here 0 - Stars I would. Let me start off by saying I visited Algonquin College experience worker department and they pre-qualified me ( giving me well above the needed "points" to move forward with a second career option ). Algonquin was knowledgeable, friendly, and sincerely wanted to help. They referred me to this location to move forward with my application for second career. I arrived at the employment services office for my "second career seminar" . After the seminar was over we were to meet individually with counsellors. This is where everything went south. The counselor I had the pleasure of dealing with was the rudest person I have ever met. Very arguementative, Did not ask me any questions that they are required to ask for second careers point scale system. In fact, she asked no questions. Brushed me off and denied the application without looking into facts. Waste of time.
