Went there this morning for my 1st appointment with an employment counselor only to find out she had called in sick (on the day after a holiday/long weekend, isn't that a coincidence...) Also, the receptionist served a guy that was behind me in line first, before me. Their motto is "Every One Matters." Well, actions speak louder than words...
