Pin Point advertise non-existing jobs as a way of getting you to attend a week long useless training course. You don't need this training for the jobs they advertise, especially when you already have years of experience. They just want you on the course so they can claim £1200 in funding from the Government. Nice money earner for them.

The blonde woman in reception I initially dealt with was rude, abrupt and arrogant. She then put me into a placement where the managers were abusive and unprofessional and made threats and after I had enough and left the position, pinpoint have since ignored all emails and phone calls I've made to them and refused to help me look for work. Awful company avoid like the plague at all costs.

This employer advertised a vacancy for a Warehouse Operative vacancy in Doncaster (DN6) and because I told them that I live in Barnsley they said that I couldn't apply for the vacancy because at the moment I am using public transport. Not the best phone attitude either.

Shocking staff and pointless to deal with. I applied for a production operative position and was accepted into the unpaid week training, after completing the week training I had to chase up my assessment date to start work, a lady called and stated my assessment was set for the next day, I attended and was advised pinpoint hadn't put me in for the assessment, so after wasting an hour travel time and money for childcare I returned home, contacted pinpoint who said they'd forgot to actually book me in. I have then spent 3 weeks chasing them up again for another assessment date only to be told that they had no assessments or work with anyone else. Finally today I have spoken to someone who was supposed to put me through for my assessment, after a couple of minutes another lady called me and stated that I'm not suited for the job so they're now no longer going o put me forward. I asked the woman why, she said it's due to m job history, when I pointed out that I used to work as an engineer and someone I know who has only ever worked as a teacher got a job there she said she doesn't know why. The entire company is a waste of time, surely I shouldn't have even been put on the training if I wasnt "suitable". So essentially after 3 weeks of chasing and getting messed about I finally know what's going on. Do not do training with pinpoint or any employment with them either, they really are useless and seem to only take people into their training so they can receive the money from the government.

Even after they got loads of their employees to rate them 5 stars, they STILL have a bad rating overall.Instead of trying to cover up bad reviews and trying to make your company LOOK good, why don't you actually make your company good? Surely it'd be easier to run a proper professional company instead of the sh*t show you lot run. Genuinely starting to think it's a money laundering business, no company can be this bad but still be open.. yet here we are.

Got told about job all seemed grate but looked in to it to find out thire were limited jobs so didn't go to corse as so meany hoops to jump through to be told if I didn't go on the corse that I put my self on he would phone job centre and have my money stopped he called me a idot and at this point I told him I had found a job and no longer wanted any think to do with them greed got the best of that consultant trying to black male me and was very abuseive nice one Phil

Do not go with them I got a few weeks work back in December and am looking now getting no help and even got told today I am not suitable for a mail job. They will only want people to register then will tell you they have nothing. Disgusting

Terrible Hgv driver pay rates, rubbish handball slave labour for 9 quid an hour lol The staff here are scam artists and have a bad attitude.

Received a phone call from Zoe, offering me a chance to apply for an emergency call handler. I told her that even though I have a child, I can work the shifts no problem. She told me she would send me the application information via email the same day. The email never arrived, my calls and texts were ignored, and the job has now gone. Thanks a lot Pin Point
