I went to Phillip's Staffing in Easley on Monday, Sept 16. I was told to wait for a clerical position and that I would hear something by Tuesday or Wednesday. Never did. I showed up to the office on Thursday, they couldnt help me because the recruiter who originally talked with me was not there. I was told I would receive a call from the manager. I never did. Friday, I went in to speak to someone about getting a job. Any job at this point. I was told that they would call me no later than Monday of next week. Monday of next week and still had not received a call. Went in on Monday and was told that the recruiter who orginally spoke with me was still not in, I essentially begged for another recruiter and was told they would call me. I went to Phillip's Staffing because I need a job. I have a clean background, good work references and good work history. I feel like they have wasted a week of my life that I will never get back. I have a two year old son who I am the sole parent taking care of. I cannot believe the blatant disregard for lying to my face, saying they would call me when they haven't and the fact that if they did not want to hire me, they should have been upfront and honest to begin with instead of wasting my time that could have been spent anywhere else and would have been more meaningful. I will never recommend Phillip's Staffing. The staff is so inconsiderate and rude and acted like it was a chore to even lie to my face. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any staffing company anywhere. Yall just need to quit while you're ahead, cause at this rate yall aren't even doing your damn job.
