I went to Phil Jusino a few years ago I retained him for my divorce proceedings. Aside from being a useless lazy pompous so called lawyer. He was more interested to see if he could get me into his bed. Too bad at the time I was emotionally broken and very naive coming out of a 16 year marriage, I would have sued him for sexual harassment. I specifically remember one afternoon- he and I were in his boardroom going over specifics of my divorce - he asked me to get up and shut the door for more privacy- I did as he asked and as I sat back down, he said “I really only asked you to close the door because I wanted to check out your ass and legs”. Till this day I can’t believe I actually let that and other sexually inappropriate acts he’s done and said go. I was so uncomfortable I fired him and got another attorney. Part of me was protecting his children because I didn’t them having to go through the embarrassment of their father being a lying cheating sexually devian scumbag. The last thing this guy should be doing is practicing law especially around vulnerable naive women. He’s nothing more than a predator.
