Rushed Off, Poor First ImpressionsSpoke to Renee today 05/02, and about 10 minutes into talking about our business needs, their services, she says she "needs to make a phone call". Ok? Why would someone with potential new long-term customers having a phone call to make a few minutes later?It seemed rushed, and we were quoted too high per month. We then were asked what our current bookkeeping does NOT do, but no real follow up to our answers to that question. Renee then gives us her email address to "follow up with her". How about YOU follow up with US as the customer, and earn the business that you are marketing yourself to be different all over the web? Since, YOU terminated the conversation roughly 10 minutes in, you should follow up with us, and especially since you are quoting too high per month (Not cheap by any means) in bookkeeping services. After all, we still sent a follow up email. Never heard anything back. Not really impressed overall.
