My experience with Personnel world has been wonderful. Both ladies working at the Holt location are very professional and welcoming. Clean environment as well. I'll recommend anyone to stop in, that's looking for a job.

Every one is really friendly and helpful, all the front desk people, the owner, and other staff (such as payroll, etc I've had to speak to). Pretty quick to find you work in a week or two or some times even a few days. I really have to shout out to Paige who really saved my butt and helped me line up a full time job in a day. Now I no longer have to work 3 jobs 7 days a week just to scrape by. I really recommend them over the multitude of temps in Lansing I've used.

If I could give them less stars I would. This place is by far the worst place you can go if you are trying to find work fast or find work at all. I was scheduled for an interview with them to talk about jobs they have I fill out all the paperwork an the guy says he's leaving for a little bit right after I turned everything in an a gal said she would call as soon as they review my file. They never called an I started calling every Monday and friday as they advised. I asked repeatedly if I was asking for too much money. What jobs I should apply for and never got an answer. No jobs at all they are able to send anyone to apparently. What a waste of time for a month to still here that no1 they deal with is hiring. This experience has been rediculas and I will tell everyone to stay far away from this place. I have no idea how this is the highest rated staffing service in lansing. I assume the employees all got on an gave it 5 stars. 0 star rating from me!!!

I worked for Personnel World years ago. They were able to successfully place me in 3 different opportunities over the period of one year which helped to bring income into my household. God bless them. They helped me and I thank God for them. Shout out to Lichele and staff.
