I've thought bout this long before posting this. I hired couple of people to help me move. First off I was told, not asked how much I wanted to pay. I was told I will pay $10 an hour, with their fee it costed me $15 an hour with minimum of 4 hours. When I got to the place I asked the receptionist why was I told I'm paying $10 an hour? She, her name is Shelly, was very abruptly rude, shook her head with a kinda laugh & said do u really think ur gonna get anyone to help u with paying minimum wage? I said I just asked. Then Shelly went on to say how she got frustrated with people that would turn down the job. Shelly expressed at how she would ask these people do u want to work or not? Someone I feel needs attitude adjustment & manners on dealing with people. I had one person on time, other person was 30 min late. I had to return Uhaul, I told 2 hired hands I wanted them to stay & finish putting together TV & stand, bed together. When I returned home the TV & stand wasn't finished nor the bed. So I paid for 2 people for 4 hrs, only got maybe 2 hrs work outta them. I called & let staff at personnel plus know my disappointment & they made excuses of y the 2 hired hands left, never once was I offered compensation for anything. I won't recommend this agency to anyone. Very disappointed
