This company is no longer a member of the APA (American Polygraph Association) but they still lie and say they are a a member. Don't think they could pass a polygraph test about that.

PEI never paid me for work I did on their computers. Tracy Johnson brought me in to recover data on a laptop with a broken screen and get the replacement laptop up and running. I showed up at the scheduled time but had to wait an hour for the damaged laptop to arrive. I backed up all data to be transferred to the new computer, but was unable to tranafer it because the employees at PEI did not have the administrator password, and the person who did have it was unavailable that Friday afternoon. It was my understanding when I left and shook Tracy Johnson's hand that when they had the administrator password on Monday they would call me to finish the job. Tracy Johnson never called me. I emailed and called him several times, but none were returned.

I have used PEI for several years for my dog walking and pet sitting business, Wisconsin Pet Care. I use them because I have a service based business where my employees are given keys to clients homes. We need to be able to trust and ensure that our clients are protected. They do an outstanding job for us with hiring, determining if an "iffy" candidate is suitable. The entire team is prompt, professional and a necessary alliance to my business and I frankly would be at a loss if they were not helpful partners to us.

My time spent with PEI was short. I was phoned about a position I applied too. An interview was conducted onsite. After the first inverview with the person who called me. I was told he needed to talk to his boss, then they would come back to ask a view more questions. The way these people talk about the individuals they are suppose to be helping is outgragoues. I over heard one gentleman looking for work speak very passionately about his career and his future endeavours. When he left and the two individuals thought the area was clear they tore him down. Then, I over heard them talking about me. Making jokes about my past. I would recommend to anyone looking for work, not do so with this company. They clearly don't have your best intentions at heart.

After quitting I was informed that my wage got cut to minimum and I was charged an office fee. Called Tracy Johnson several times never got a returned call. This is criminal shady company shady people I didn’t take the time to read the reviews on them first I should of tho don’t work for them
