If I could give them "0" I would, I call PA Municipal Service "the thieves!" They pluck your account a little at a time. So you pay on line and you get charged a fee, send the bill in the mail, and you pay for a stamp. I pay all utilities on line, and not one of them charge a fee for using bill paying method. I pay a bill and then I get another one with late fees. I can't stand this company! What choice do we have, pay it or don't. I found the "bill" they sent after I paid the bill, in the mail was a bill for $3.63. They nickel and dime you to death.11/06/2018, another surprise bill in the mail. They actually have to nerve to bill an additional $14.47. This would be amusing but I'm not laughing. I paid the bill EXACTLY what it was on THEIR website. On this latest bill, (by mail) they call this a Pen/Int fee of $3.70 and the other was Cost/Fee of $10.77. I have the receipt of the bill I paid on their website, I have their bill from their website. I'm talking to someone at Jefferson Hills. These people are plucking the residents dry and lining their POCKETS with OUR money and we are paying these stupid fees they dream up. Does your Electric, Gas BILL send you these extra FEES? NO they don't
