Very rude when answering the phones no customer service skills. They need to train their employees on how to have good manners my 11 year old can probably teach them a lot better. I dont know if they are just miserable people and dislike their lives but sheesh dont take it out on your customers You would think they were hiding something when I asked to speak to an office manager or someone in charge they would not put me through I wanted to atleast make them aware of the situation and could not even speak w management!!! SMH!
