I came to call for unemployment . after I was finished asking? To the uneploimet over the fone the Secretary at the front desk tells me I was lisining to your conversation and you can't be teling abaut the C.D.L program day don't pay or do eniting we do hend me a green paper and tells me and I'm done with you . very unprofessional and disrespectful the athe staff very helpful but the front desk very disripetful

If you don't speak Spanish they don't help you.Almost everyone who works here is Spanish and they only care about there own nationality. Equality works two ways. I was born in Pa., I worked in Pa. since I was 15, my third time here , layoff again and still no help. I am getting food stamps help like other people and still no help, (they told me I need food stamps , take the classes. take the test, job club) I did everything but people from other nationalities get help first. No Im not bilingual, I shouldn't have to be bilingual to get A good job in Pa. I have 25+ yrs in business but need more education. Welcome to Reading Pa.
