Wish I can give them NO STARS! Gave this lady my new number for a position I was waiting on. Turns out I missed orientation that morning cuz they tried calling my old phone. The lady was responsible for the new number I gave her to get in contact with me! Now they got me waiting forever and always lie saying they will call me back and speak to me about it but never does.

They have one of the better selections in job postings in Spartanburg but they were Very unprofessional. The recruiters post one thing online but when you inquire about it they claim it never existed. When I walked in to do my application the recruiters were talking/laughing so loudly amongst themselves, one woman was painting her toenails while pop corn was scattered all over the carpet.

Went up there and applied on a friday and was starting with a job Monday! Really dont know why they got bad reviews cause everybody that go thru penmac they find them a job quick!

Very unprofessional place of business. Got A call twice about jobs being open on A certain shift. When I arrive they tell me that they have no jobs available. Stores says they open at 8:30 when I walk in the door. The young lady’s are putting on makeup , and doing their hair (spraying hair spray). They’re very rude to the people that comes in the door. I would like to talk to someone over them because something needs to be done.

Was emailed about a job opportunity, one vastly better than my current job. So I get through all the rigmarole. Then I'm told Your orientation is next week, here and we'll call you and give you a date. They didn't I called back and they were like yea that position is filled till September sorry. Keep in mind they gave me a start date and a guess as to my orientation. What a waste of time and money stay away.

penmac set me up with employment with bmw, for weekend shift. got all the way up there to find out, there is no weekend shift!!!! very unprofessional

PennMac staffing is one of the worst staffing companies that I’ve been to yet they are very unprofessional and they don’t care about your needs and what type of job that you’re looking for they throw you on a job knowing that they’re lying about the hours that you have to work your working overtime maybe seven days a week the most, at work I was working 13-14 hours a day when I was only supposed to work 12 I got into it with a supervisor at work because I dint have on the proper shoes, he was very disrespectful and even kicked the desk! But because I’m a temp my story was unheard and dint matter so they decided to fire me and let me go instead of talking to HR and getting to the bottom of this discussion they take sides and could care less, I would never work for PenMac they never pay you like you’re supposed to, lose your hours and are even very very unprofessional at this Agency, this place needs to be cleaned out from top to bottom all these girls in here are very unprofessional and rude God bless is their souls one day they will see how truly grateful it is to care about someone’s position and what they’re going through once they go through in their own way.
