What a joke! I applied for a clerical position through Penmac and it's like they disappeared off the face of the earth. I had an interview and they were really nice at first, said I had great qualifications and my experience was a great fit. They said they would set up an interview with the company themselves and I never heard another word from them. They ignored my emails and phone calls and never responded again. If the company went with someone else, it would have at least been nice to know instead of being ignored and left hanging.

Had me waste my gas to come up there thinking I was gonna update my info so they could see if they could place me for a job then I was told I have to find a job and keep it 6months before they can find me anything....if I have a job and am there 6months I WOULDNT need to go through a temp service IDIOT!!!!! Pissed tf off and everytime I used to check in they never had anything or had a crappy 1-2dayjob....I won't use them again I'll continue doing it on my own

I had the gal at the front desk help me with my application. I answered all questions asked honestly. Items weren't included in my application. The person helping me with my application blamed her mistake on me. Therefore they won't hire me. Complete waste of time and energy. Cannot recommend this staffing agency to anyone.

Staff is always friendly and welcoming. They like to take the little extra time to place you at a job that meets your needs not only the employers. Communication is the key to a great start at a new job.

They just worry about them getting paid then they rip people off I worked more than 16 hours and only got paid for 16 hrs
