Amazing service, fast turn around time, and the staff was beyond helpful. They had all of my paperwork completed, filed, and returned in less than a week and the prices are the best i found in town!! Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Feedback:

BAD FIRST IMPRESSION! Loyal clients beware! Girls there seem polite enough. I thought it was rather unprofessional to hear them complaining about upper management. I feel like I got to hear their entire life stories in the first five minutes of walking in the door, it made me feel like this place has been running downhill with no direction. They apparently dispise the way things have been running since new owner took over and made it seem as though it wasn’t going to be a reliable place to seek help much longer. Said she’s a money hungry (place word) that would rather vacation than oversee the operations. Seems like they need to desperately change how things are being run. If they can say these things in front of a stranger, than who knows what goes on behind the scenes. Scared me off. I heard great things about this place from a friend and I thought I’d go in to set up a meeting to get things rolling, as I am a local business owner. Told them I was going to go out to get a smoke and ended up just leaving after husband agreed.

Hi Cindy, We feel that your review does not represent our firm in a few ways. All current owners have been with the firm for over twenty years – there haven’t been any new owners that “took over”. Our reception staff that would have welcomed you was male. He and other staff members at the Trinity office do not have any record of your appointment. We looked over our calendar appointments and correspondence, but were unable to find your name tracing back multiple years. There are several accountants nearby and in our building - perhaps your appointment might have been with another firm? If you are still in need of a CPA, we would be happy to introduce you to the owners and manager here during a complimentary initial consultation.
