Client Review on Payworks Winnipeg

Feedback:

Very slow servers. It takes too long to move between screens and do hours approval and other changes. The allowed log in time is very short, when you are busy and flipping between your other work and applications and Payworks, you get logged out. The user interface needs updating. Other issue with our Employee Time Managerment not being set up correctly by Payworks staff at the beginning that has caused ongoing issues. Some customer service staff are great and others only okay or inexperienced. A couple inquiries to managers were never returned. It does the job but we think we should have gone to a different provider.
