Easily the best payroll solution for businesses. I run a company with around 10 employees including myself. The automated system makes it so easy, and the fees are more than reasonable. Cannot imagine running an office without Payworks. Time savings & math savings are huge, direct remittance & electronic transfers are easy to manage, even T4s are a breeze. 5+ years and counting with them, I imagine 25 years with Payworks until I sell/retire.

Fantastic Payroll provider!! I run a Accounting & Bookkeeping firm and have 20+ clients switched to Payworks. It is user friendly (unlike the barbaric ADP system) and the staff are very knowledgeable . If you are a small or large business I highly recommend Payworks... you won't be disappointed.

Payworks is an amazing company. We have had great experiences with every contact at the company from our sales rep brining us on board, to the customer set up process and their on going customer service. It’s simple amd easy to use and we would recommend them to others for sure.

We have used Payworks for years with the Tri-Cities Chamber of Commerce. The program is easy and quick use . They are very responsive to any inquiries and when we do have a problem or concern, which is rare, they are very quick to find a solution. I would highly recommend Payworks for any business seeking a better way to manage payroll.

I have worked with Payworks for close to 10 years and was extremely happy with their product and service. The team was extremely responsive and supportive whenever we needed assistance. I would not hesitate to recommend Payworks to any small business.

Jenny's Happy Place has used Payworks for 6 years. The web interface is easy to use and the transition was painless. My service rep has provided excellent support for Jenny's Happy Place. They are very quick to respond to any questions we may have.

When you call for service support, you can hardly get any. The answering system is going round and round while waiting for an answer. Apparently, they don't have enough staff to handle calls. Their url for setup manual or guide doesn't link, error out. You can't get support right away.

We are fairly happy with PayWorks as their system is more or less user friendly, but their Reports are overly complicated to use (in our opinion). The support is also usually pretty good - when you can reach them.We recently were VERY DISAPPOINTED in PayWorks Support however as they made our entire PayRoll disappear the day it had to be finalized. They then PROMISED to manually re-enter it by 5:00 pm as they couldn't figure out how to fix what they'd done. Sadly, when we checked at 7:00 pm, they had done nothing! I had to sit up for hours that night entering payroll manually so our staff would be paid on time. We also discovered that about 1/3 of our staff's wage rates had been changed back to their rate when hired. We asked if PayWorks would review and fix it for us (as they had also caused this problem), but they basically told us to do it ourselves.
Feedback:
To say that payworks has the best customer service is an understatement. Their staff is so patient and so caring and regardless how much I call because sometimes you forget how to do things they never complain or refer you to a Manual. I love this company so much.
