I have been using Payworks for four years for our small business. Like the other poster, the only issues I've encountered have been my own doing. We have our own, dedicated small business rep that's very responsive and if she's away from her phone, I call the main line and get answers to my questions immediately. Nothing but good experiences.

I don't understand why payworks is receiving one star reviews. This is a great system. It streamlines everything. My work has a complex pay system and this makes it easy to follow. Not only that, but I constantly have questions about how to adjust things, issues on our end, not payworks. They are quick to answer the phone, and EVERYONE, and I mean EVERYONE knows the process for everything. I am extremely grateful for this system and use it religiously. Thank you for all you do, my employees are very happy.

I have used pay works for a few years now. Best decision I have made. Saves the company money. Saves me alot of time and the direct deposit is very convenient and alot cheaper than getting it done through the bank. Would highly recommend payworks for your payroll needs

Payworks is cheap and has hidden charges they dont tell their clients. Oh and CFIB membership doesn't lower the rates anything significant

I had to write this after reading the other reviews this company has received. Three years ago I started a business. I have 20 plus employees, some hourly some salary. Payworks have been nothing but professional, and delivered exactly what they promised. The ONLY mistake that has ever occurred was as a result of my wrong entering of data. Even so, they helped me to fix it and move on unscathed. They prepare my T4's every year and now also do time management and scheduling. If ever I have a question, I call and get an answer immediately. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The comment about the WSIB payment made me laugh. Go on line and report numbers, big whoop. Seriously this company is wonderful!!
