Client Review on Payworks Calgary

Unfortunately we never had a good time dealing with any of their representatives. The person who we are assigned to is very helpful and we really appreciate her but god forbid if you have to get connected to a general representative to have a few questions answered. When i got on the phone with the representative it was as if I was listening to an audiobook on 1.75x speed (no exaggeration) each time she answered my question. I understand you guys have to repeat yourselves a lot and we are a very understanding and patient team to work with but goodness the attitude on top of that like each question we asked was the end of the world to answer all because the lady was not our main representative. Nothing wrong with being helpful guys, always be helpful and give your time and patience to your customers.
