Ridiculous to send a clearly worded e-mail regarding holiday entitlements etc to staff here and still wages were wrong, no correspondence at all, staff were never there when we rang. I would never use these if I was an employer, one star is being over generous!

To anyone considering this book keeping service, please be warned. Our cafe used them and it was the worst professional encounter we have had over 25 years of being in business (TV, Media, Marketing etc). Payroll Solutions Ireland did not reply to Revenue letters, did not file on time, took months to do basic work they were paid to do and ended up keeping money belonging to us. Our staff hated them as they never received their payslips or responded to their enquiries. We ended up having to pay Revenue interest due to their incompetance- and this is only the start of it. Be warned and stay away. They are horrific and to my knowledge don't belong to any professional body as we contacted them all as they had breached all ethical standards of practice.
