We switched to Payroll Solutions after 15 years with Paychex, and it was an incredibly good decision. After 4 payroll cycles, it is clear that Janet and her team offer much better service than you can get from the big, anonymous payroll providers like Paychex. The cost was less with Payroll Solutions and the service has been far superior. Any questions I've had have been answered promptly by phone or email. Compare that to sitting on hold for 20 minutes or being told by a recording that "your call is important to us, but we are experiencing an unusually heavy call volume." If you want a great payroll provider, it makes sense to use a smaller, local company that emphasizes great, accurate service. Switching over was fairly seamless and afterward, wow, so much better. You will not be disappointed.
