The owner is very rude. They are timely getting the work done but it worried us immensely when in the past our firm received a registered letter from the IRS that we had not paid our payroll taxes. Payroll Professionals as it turned out failed to pass along to the IRS monies (taxes) they collected from our company and many other companies. Payroll Professionals is not worth the risk using even if the rates are low.
