Overall Feedback:

I am a current customer. Quickly being pushed away by this company. I use their Time Keep payroll system. When brought aboard, I was promised many things that the HR site could do. I think that the system is robust but unfortunately there is a lack of communication in set up and training. Once an area has been set up the client is just blowing in the wind and almost always waiting for an email with an answer for an unsolved problem. Calls are not answered. There could be a ton more instruction and structure. Maybe this company has gotten to big for its britches.
