Feedback:

We've used Payroll Network for many years for two of our organizations. Unfortunately since our old account manager left, the customer service has not been very unresponsive, and I get more out-of-office messages than I do replies. In addition I've received numerous notices of outstanding payments and warning of impending civil action from various State tax offices with regards to our withholding taxes on both of our organizations despite the fact that PN has with drawn the withholding money from our account - this has been going on for roughly two and a half years now without resolution. PN also use a very grand online system which may be overwhelming to smaller businesses such as ours.

I have worked with Payroll Network for over 15+ years. I originally used Payroll Network at one firm. My last employment and now current, I have switch the firms from other companies to Payroll Network. They have continued to improve their online site & portals, both employer & employees. Their support is very responsive. If Shanae B. gets your support ticket, you can believe she will go above & beyond to make sure your issues are resolved.

Very easy, very intuitive experience online. I recently had some timing issues with payroll and called Customer Support; the team assigned to our business payroll was responsive and professional. Kudos to Shanae Brooks for following through and being an enormous help. The level of customer service I received is, sad to say, disappearing in today's world. Thank you again!

Payroll Network is great to work with. Fast, accurate and courteous customer service. Their upgraded iSolved system allows for quick easy access to all reporting and other pertinent information with just a few clicks of the mouse. You are able to front load all deductions and time accruals effortlessly. They handle all aspects of reporting all the different taxes, child support/insurance and all other deductions. They keep you abreast of upcoming changes and offer webinars to keep you informed. We have used them for years and definitely will continue to. Props to Debbie S. - she's been so patient and easy to work with throughout the transition of the new iSolved software update. Would definitely recommend them to a friend or colleague!
