I have used Payroll City for several years. They are affordable, offer a great service, and are reliable. Any time I call in with a problem (that I've created by doing something wrong), they get on top of it immediately and make sure my payroll is done correctly. Awesome people. Thank you so much for being so reliable. My staff's paychecks and taxes are not something I'd like to play around with. Payroll City makes me confident it's done correctly and on time.

If you are a small, local business dont work with these folks. They'll provide awful service including (but not limited to) not returning phone calls or emails, taking months to make requested changes, and depositing payroll into incorrect accounts then refusing to correct their mistakes. They do payroll for large commercial accounts so the small ones get little to no attention. Not a great way to do business.

I have been with payroll city for over a year now. Customer Service has always been awesome they make my job so much easier. Recently I did my Worker's Comp Audit, in the past with other companies it's takes at least 2 days to complete the audit. This year with the great system reporting and ease I completed this audit in less than 30 minutes. I can't say enough good things! Thank you Payroll City Staff!

I have three companies using Payroll City. Its a no brainer to use a payroll company. I was with ADP for 15 years. The difference is in the personal touch. The ability to talk to a live person who knows your. The service is 110% Every time

My mom and I are in business together selling homes. Although we are contracted to a regional brokerage, our team is incorporated and we pay ourselves and a part-time assistant. Although we are a very small account, the folks at Payroll City have always been very attentive to us. It's easy to reach them whenever we have a question or problem to solve. It's very nice to be able to talk to a real person when needed - so much more reassuring than having an automated payroll service!
