Based on my personal experience with Payout USA, I am not impressed. My husband didn’t receive his paycheck on his scheduled payday from Payout USA on more than one occasion. Then we receive an email letter explaining their failure to process the ACH transaction. How does this happen? Their only job is to pay people!

Help not offered on weekends. If you're a payroll company and you're not usually open on weekends. You should at least offer a way to receive help on the weekend before taxes are due. I was unable to login and there was no way to retrieve my password to get my W2 information.

Contrary to another review, our experience has been very good customer service, even after the September 2016 hurricane which could have interferred with our employees' paychecks - but did not thanks to Payout's quick intervention. Always good service and advice to us!

The customer service aspect of the company is lacking quite a bit. The receptionist has the manners of a 12 year old girl going through puberty. Paychecks do not arrive in a timely manner, and if you call to complain, they tell you that you can either pay them to get your paycheck, or you can continue to wait, which you have waited 8 additional days past the day the checks were due. They didn't even offer one apology, just pushed the blame onto everyone else.
