Stay away - they make constant mistakes and blame you. Last taxes, late payroll always try to blame client even though everything is time stamped with the account rep and date and time. Never have I had management doubt my ability but after unfortunately choosing them, now I do. Big sales pitch but system cant do half the things they say. Not user friendly, most of my employees cannot even log in.

I was introduced to Payday at my current location. It was a new program for me to use processing payroll. I must say once your get more proactive with the program it becomes a bit more user friendly, and if you cant seem to get it right the amazing staff is always willing to help. I have been through a few accounts reps which have all be good also but Jessica by far has been super helpful when ever i need her help.

Payday Payroll is the best payroll company. Their staff is very courteous and always willing to help with any payroll question you call them with. I have been with them for 5 years and have never had any issues. Payroll is always correct and on time. Thank you Payday Payroll for making my payroll experience a breeze.
