same payroll tax mistake over three years. now they claim we are not a payroll company, but a software leasing and told us that we have to updated tax code based on different counties and new coded? why pay few hundreds a month and we are responsible? we pay to handlewe are going to a different company that handle a-z and surprisingly %40 cheaper. Also very stuck up and never returns email or calls until a week at least

We used Paycor to process two payrolls. The staff was disorganized, and unethical. They completed implementation and assured our company that all deductions and pays were correct and matched the previous providers however they missed garnishments and put our employees in a very bad spot. When confronted they failed to return a call or deal with the situation, they are very unprofessional.

Tried to contact my 'success team,' at Paycor to simply ask why I didn't get the email reminder for payroll-- sent two emails to Kathleen and one to the general Paycor contact, no one apparently cares enough to answer
