For any business looking to change their payroll/HRIS vendor--I would 100% recommend PayAmax!!!As a company of over 200, we were currently utilizing a payroll company deemed one of the "largest nationwide"--and experienced nothing but system shut downs/black outs, processing errors--including on-going payroll tax discrepancies--and inept customer support--never, EVER getting the same rep twice! After starting a very lengthy vetting process for a new payroll service, PayAmax was selected and, from day one, the difference in quality has been truly amazing!! These people are pros-- from the initial set-up, to the transfer of data (from an uncooperative former vendor), to developing reports and programs specific to what our company and our branch locations need. The customer service team is extremely impressive and knowledgeable-- always on top of the newest regulations and reporting requirements. Payroll errors have become non-existent and, should a situation arise whereby a pay "exception" needs to be addressed, I can rely upon their customer service team to always be available as well as possess the patience and experience necessary to make any adjustment seamless. The standard reports and report-writing capabilities are designed to provide and arrange your salary and HR information in a fast and easy-to-understand format. We've now been a very satisfied PayAmax customer for over 5 years, and I'm frequently reminded how this company stands by it's services and delivers what it promises. A great move for our company, and I would highly recommend their valuable services!!!
