Edit 18 Oct: After leaving the positive review below, I have now had issues with both my tax and non-payment. I forgave being quoted the wrong amount but then my tax was suddenly changed resulting in two half-payments two weeks in a row. Ironically, I was meant to be paid more not less. Also, without any notification, my correspondence switched from email to an online portal which I did not realise I was meant to be reading. I was told (via email) that someone had 'contacted me' which it turned out was on the portal. If I was told I had to check my messages on there from now on I would have. Still better than Giant but still has issues unfortunately.-------------I switched from Giant (rubbish) to Paystream (good) and so far have noticed a big improvement in customer service and replies to queries about pay. The only 'problem' I've had was my weekly take home was calculated at slightly higher than it actually is (by £16) but this is not a huge deal.
