I walked out because because the person I was supposed to see was late for my appointment. No notice or reason from anyone there why. They gave me the empression this is a regular thing and I should except it. Thats not way you gain new customers.

We were contacted by the IRS in 2018 because Pay Pros, Inc. failed to submit our 2015 taxes. Now that the IRS has received our tax returns in 2018 we are subject to penalties and fines due to their incompetence. Pay Pros has refused to take any of the responsibility of the penalties. They DO NOT ASSUME any responsibility when an error occurs on their behalf.
