Lisa Patterson charged my company $200 for a $15 late fee that was caused by PHB. When I contested this, she terminated the relationship with my company versus picking up the phone and trying to resolve. The rest of the staff were professional and courteous.

They have provided a complete accounting service for me which includes tax returns, state reporting requirements, reviewed and audited financial statements, real estate and business planning, and tax planning just to mention a few. I have found the partners, Sarah Hardee, Lisa Patterson, and Craig Ballentine to exemplify the pinnacle in service, advice and knowledge. I would not consider using anyone else.
