Wish I could give a 0 star review. Worst customer service I have ever seen in the United States. Do not give them business. Lousy person who answers the phone, and does not know how to talk to customers. Extremely Rude. They have a single person who answers the call. Took 30 mins to answer a question. Did not know the difference between 940 and quarterly forms.

I have dealt with Patriot and their support team in setting up my account and they were terrific! They pointed me in the right direction to get answers to my questions to ensure the proper settings in my account! I'm looking forward to a long relationship with Patriot!

Company is shady. I keep getting charged for someone else's account. Called the company and told them, thinking they would remove my credit card from this account and was wrong. I have emailed several times and tried calling them to get no response to my email and told they will call me back after a manager reviews.

This is the best software I've used for payroll, especially since it was to pay a nanny. Very simple at tax time, very inexpensive and efficient staff to help with any problems. I would recommend this software to anyone!

Makes payroll easy. The software is all online so I can access it from any computer, or even my phone. The TaxBeGone add on saves me even more time and has made me not have to worry about whether I am doing my payroll and payroll taxes correctly.
