Today, I was disrespected by a man named Kyle Goodwin. Kyle became hostile and belligerent after I tried to cancel our transaction and take my business elsewhere. Kyle then began telling me to shut up, threatening me and kicked me out of the office by slamming the door in my face. Kyle also kept my money for a job he didn’t complete by refusing to do a refund. My family and I has been dealing with this business for multiple years and has never experienced issues like this before. No one should be treated inhumane and without respect.
