I completely agree with Bill Wessels review. I have done numerous real estate transactions through the years both personally and professionally at other title companies. I have never encountered such a rude and unhelpful staff. They lack the basic foundations of customer service and have no appreciation for their client.

I have used them for over 25 years. They are great. The people are wonderful, knowledgeable. I wouldn't view Bill Weasels post with any credibility. I know lots of investors and buyers and sellers that prefer them. There are lots of good title companies and they are one of the best.

Apparently some of their employees do not know how to open emails, and this triggered a delay in a scheduled closing and when I asked how long this was going to take I received an answer of "I don't know"
