I'm in love with my apartment, the hardwood floors, new stainless steel appliances, large washer/dryer, safe neighborhood, and excellent open floor layout have made me feel very happy to have chosen this place over all the others in this area. But most importantly, the customer service from Carla Palestini and the manager is 5 star. They went above and beyond from any other apartment and I'm very grateful to them. My movers were 2 hours late because they were moving someone else that morning and threw off my move in schedule. The office closed and both Carla and the manager stayed after hours to give me the keys to the apartment. That's going above and beyond and I'm going to refer everyone here. Thank you very much!! :)

The worst apartment complexes their main goal is to rip you off as much money as possible. They’ll rush you through the lease agreement and pretend that everything is standard to then turn around and show a different plan floor, which is not the same plan floor. Pretend is going to be the apartment. The apartment is occupied they can't show , but showed a different plan floor, but they are the same. They will also charge you for “normal wear and tear” per the Florida statute and site that they had an adddiorional line in the lease that makes you accountable for it. Which should be illegal. The site price is not The same and sizes. The day of moving I had to see the place and find out, it's totally different plan floor then what they told me I was going to get. Smaller, old washer and dryer, not painted, the storage is not inside the unit they told me it was, not presentable for the price. staff is not helpful.

I truly enjoyed my time living in Palms and I was sad to have to leave as quickly as I did. I had a one bedroom apartment and it was the perfect amount of space for one person providing a large living room with a skylight/wood floors and a separate laundry area off the newly renovated kitchen which is hard to come by under one roof in Boca with fair pricing I might add. If it wasn’t for my work I would have loved to stay there being that my unit was surrounded by quiet respectable neighbors and had a view of the tennis courts and lake. Although the property is older the renovations make it feel like new and definitely worth taking the time to see what's inside. Most importantly, the maintenance team and office staff is by far the best I have ever dealt with and this is coming from someone who has had to move and deal with different staff just about every year. Jose and his team got things done quickly and communicated with you efficiently to get any problems or concerns completed. In the time I was there I had little to no issues with my unit and one time maintenance was on top of an issue they found before I even had time to notice it for myself. As far as the office staff they were the absolute sweetest! They were quick to respond and always helpful providing things to residences such as swim lessons for children to free pizza parties on occasion. I will definitely miss Carla she was always such a pleasure to speak with and knew myself and others on a first name basis. Unlike others, this leasing office is professional and truly cares about their tenants. If you have been on the fence definitely give Palms an opportunity you will be more than satisfied you did:)

First off Taysha is literally the most professional, caring, understanding woman I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. She is there for me whenever I need her and is naturally always going above and beyond to always help anyone at all times. She is truly the best and in my personal opinion she is the best at her job. She makes living here such a pleasure and I couldn’t be happier with being apart of the palms family and I owe it all to her. If I could give her 20 stars I would!

I really enjoy living in this community. It’s located in a wonderful area. The pool and gym are nice, so you should definitely take advantage of it. Maintenance staff is super considerate and reliable. The staff even takes the time to get to know their tenants. It’s a perfect space for something simple but cute. And you can have a pet!! Overall great community to live in.

I really enjoy living here. My family feels safe and comfortable here. I heard they are giving us a new gym and if that happens soon, that would be so exciting. The Maintenance team is fantastic. Hi Jose and Momo! They are so nice, very professional and FAST. All of them. They work their butts off every day. So lucky to have them. The leasing office - Carla and Taysha are so nice.
