Employees are great but the conditions of the actual store itself are very dirty. The carpet has stains all over it and the windows are very bad. A business for the public should be kept clean.

Fantastic company with an amazing staff. My cousin makes shirts, she was sending a box of shirts to support my sister a cancer survivor. The box needed to be there by March 22. She sent in March 19 thru the post office. She got home today and it was sitting on her front porch. The post office was going to cambarte her an exuberant amount to overnight it. She decided to give Pack N Mail a chance. When explaining the situation she told him that she would pay whatever amount because today was a day of celebration because we found out my sister was cancer free still after a recent scare and also after having her cancer recur 4 times from 6-16. The man sent the package and covered the costs. Thank you to an amazing company and even better employee.

I firmly believe in SHOUT OUTS way more than complaining about a business, (Even though I did make a post about #seatgeeksucks) So.. here goes (and it is all over the place, so bear with me). AND this is not bashing our local post office..it is their policy.So, on March 16th, I took a box in to our post office to mail to Molly that needed to be there by the 23rd for the cheerleaders. So today, we are driving home from the dentist (Camden had to get a root canal poor guy) and we get the news that Reagan and the rest of us has been praying for!! YES!! Liver Regeneration! NO CANCER!! PRAISE THE LORD. So, I am bawling while I am driving, calling everyone I can think of to share the news.. just on cloud 9!! Pull into my driveway, and there sits a box.. SOMEHOW, the box of shirts made it to Lubbock, then was re routed BACK TO ME!! EVEN with correct postage. Today is the 21st 😞 SO I load it up and go to the post office where the only thing they can really do is have me pay the extra to get it to Ft. Sumner in time (which is like 40 bucks. WHICH I could have and would have paid). BUT I knew I could run up to Decatur Pack and Mail and see what my options were with Fed Ex or UPS. I walk in, explain the situation about the box.. which they shared in my frustration. The man behind the counter said “yeah, that sucks I don’t know how you kept your calm” SO I said well, the ONLY saving grace was that we are on cloud 9 celebrating our sweet Reagan WHO THESE SHIRTS ARE FOR, got the news today that cancer has NOT returned. He looked at me and said “you know what, hand me the cash the Post Office gave you and I will cover the rest” I of course said no, that is ok I will pay and he said “Nope, we got this, it is the least we can do for a girl as tough as her” This touched me SO deeply, so thankful for good people.. Camden was in the car and when I got in asked why I was crying again (HA) and so I told him and was able to share how a simple act of kindness can go such a long way!!!! So Molly, the shirts will be there TOMORROW and everyone else if you are in the Decatur area stop in and tell the guy behind the counter that HE ROCKS (too bad I suck and didn’t get his name!!!) #cancersucks #root4reagan #notodayCANCERnottoday

Went in with a huge package today that would have cost me over $200 to ship. The manager went above and beyond to help me save money by recommending solutions to lower the price! Smaller box! He ended up saving me over $100!!! I can’t thank him and his staff enough! Great people! Will definitely do business here again!

I’ve been here twice in the last week to ship packages and had no idea what I was doing, but the guys at Pack N Mail were really nice and helpful both times. They also made sure to find the fastest and most cost efficient way for my packages to get to the recipient.

I went to Pack and Mail on 10/23/2018 with 2 Amazon returns I didnt have the labels printed. I had done the return with labels going to the store. Cayla helped me cancel that and get the labels emailed directly to your store. She was really helpful. I am in my 70's and she took time even though other customers came in. Thank you for hiring considerate employees.
