About - Pacific Screening

We applied for an apartment 4 days ago. Pacific screening has had all our documents since then, but there hasn't been any progress on our screening process. We have good credit, our salary more than satisfies the 3X income requirement and our criminal and renting records are as clean as they can be. This should be quick/easy money for this company. However, they can't give an answer after 4 full days and counting. I called them to check whether there has been any update on my screening and couldn't get a real answer. I tried calling them again, and they just asked me to leave a message. I did that but haven't heard back. This is something you usually don't choose, but if you can, I will probably suggest that you stay away from this screening company. Unless you want to remain homeless for a good number of days.
