About - Pac N' Send of Lighthouse Point

I needed a notary service with two witnesses. I found Pac N' Send online and it was conveniently located so I dashed over. When I walked into the store, it had a lovey aroma and the store lobby had gift items not typical for a package mailing store. I greeted the attendant with a compliment of how lovely the store was and told her I needed notary service with a witness. She was the only person in the store and she told me in a rude tone "You have to bring your own witness". I smiled and while I called a friend to witness, I walked around the lobby admiring the gift selections, then walked out the door. My friend was not available. As I walked to my car, I saw someone in the parking lot and kindly asked if she would do me a favor and be a witness to a signature and she happily agreed and walked back into the store with me. As I re-entered, I stated in a cheerful voice "I have a witness." The store attendant said to the witness "I am so sorry she did this to you." I was definitely taken back by that obviously rude statement and stated "she had the option of declining my request, but she graciously accepted." The witness then stated that she didn't mind. For a moment I thought about walking out of that business, but decided to finish my task of the required notary signature on time sensitive papers, especially because of the gracious assistance from the witness whom was wearing a t-shirt from Boost Mobile (next door to Pac N' Send). However, I will never visit this Pac N' Send location again. I am a happy cheerful person and I do not need the services of rude people. Additionally, the staff at the adjoining Boost Mobile Store was very kind and helpful and I will definitely promote their business.
