Working for OTR DRIVER TAX SERVICES INC, has been a blessing in my life.Ms. Carmen Grunsten, (owner) provides a very strong environment based in trust and ethics for herCompany, Customers and Employees.My commuting to work has been 30 minutes daily, for the past 12 years. OTRDRIVER had offer me a very successful career in which I had developed not only my personal but professional career.We had adapted our technology to protect our customer’s confidentiality, for those reasons, when we hire new employees we are very strict with our training and use of our web sites. As a result OTRDRIVER counts with a base of 15 responsible individuals who range from working with OTR DRIVER or Ms. Carmen Grunsten from the past 17 years to 2 years. We called our work environment our “OTR FAMILY”

I had worked with Mrs Carmen Grunsten form 2001 to 2003 .3 years on the East side location and then I decided to joint her at the West Side operations Otrdiver Tax Services from 2008 to the present 10 years Driving over 45 minutes everyday. During all those years Ms. Carmen Grunsten has not only been my Boss but also my friend and confident. Her down to earth personality make us feel secure and welcome at work. Hilary a Vargas

Horrible experience, staff is very nice, but if you have any complications, good luck. The owner is a very arrogant person who could care less about your concerns regarding bad service.NOTICE: she is very nice until you are disatisfied.I would recommend searching elsewhere.
