Chuck Kohls has gone out of his way to manage my taxes while I'm disabled with cancer.

Lacks good communication. Failed to follow up in a timely fashion 3 times. Not very interested in helping develop strategies to save on taxes. The office lacks support staff to coordinate communication. Seems to be more worried about keeping the IRS happy than helping their clients develop strategies to save on taxes.

Oh, we quoted you this price?Yeah... that wasnt accurate. It's really $200.Oh, you want direct deposit? Thats another $10.Avoid these people at all costs.Rude. Left mid appointment for 10 minutes.Didnt ask any questions to try and get extra deductions. It would basically be like paying $210 to file a 1040ez form.
