Nice people, helpful email responses. But they filed our tax return in my (and not my partners) name, even after being explicitly asked to do so. They also missed the fact that my partner makes more so their back of the envelope calculations turned out to be wrong. (although they did use the # on the employer statement and not her actual paycheck, so not 100% their fault )In short, friendly people but they just churn through these things -so be super clear in communication or little things may be missed. REACTION TO REVIEW: not sure what you’re talking about, my reaction is because I emailed you guys to have the return in my partners name, but that email was ignored. (I can forward it if you’d like. )
