Client Review on Orange Coast Title Company

I contacted this title company regarding a scam that took place regarding a private lender who had no intention of funding the mortgage while in escrow. They lender wanted to use this title company and when it came time to close on the house the lender disappeared and so did the initial deposit. We reached out to the title company who completely ignored our communication. This title company should have at least notifed us that they recieved our communications and that they will make a note of what happened with this private lender.
